French Riviera Le Bistro opens downtown tomorrow
This is the old André's spot. Bakery's already open every day 7am–3pm. Le Bistro dinner starts Sep 18. Grand opening weekend goes through Sep 20. Grab pastry downtown by day. Eat dinner there at night. No Strip reservation hunt.

Lilli opens Oct 8 in Chinatown
Chef Tyler Vorce's Durango Social Club pop-up is becoming a full restaurant at Green Leaf Lotus. They're open Tue–Sat 5:30–9:30pm. You can walk into the lounge.
Stix Asia names first three spots at UnCommons
First three are locked in: Ginza Bairin (tonkatsu), Ramen Bario, and Nanamusubi. They're shooting for winter 2026.

One Piece Cafe's last day is Oct 2
Last day is Oct 2. After that they plan a pop-up (location TBA). Closing-week merch if you're already going: $100 tote, or $150 for tote plus tee.
Smoke & Fire's last day is Sep 26
Neighborhood BBQ closing after six years. If that's your east-valley brisket stop, go before Sep 26.
Lotus of Siam leaves Red Rock Oct 29
Lotus, Naxos Taverna, and the Red Rock oyster bar are out after Oct 29. Station's still running the oyster bar from Oct 30. Flamingo Rd and Commercial Center Lotus spots stay open.

Henderson BBQ runs a Venue Partner cart on event days only. You can't just walk up any other day. Home base stays 10895 S Eastern Ste 130. The arena has its own menu. No cart hours posted yet.
Revelry at Wynn Sep 18–20 is sold out
Revelry by Chef's Table at Wynn is Sep 18–20. It's sold out. Don't bother hunting tickets.
Drink Las Vegas Sep 24–27 on the Strip
Four days of cocktails across the Strip (21+). Opening night is Thu Sep 24 at ARIA's Yucca Pool with Jean-Georges. Sammy Hagar and Shaq are special guests.

They're planning a private steakhouse (about 290 seats) for the new ballpark. Looking at Feb 2028. Not open yet. Just a long-range note.
